MISSION
The mission of the TRiO program is to increase college retention and graduation rates for students who are pursuing their first baccalaureate degree. The program fulfills this mission by providing a range of services including:

(1) strategic and personalized academic advising and counseling,
(2) math and writing instruction,
(3) career and financial aid counseling,
(4) assistance with transfer to four-year institutions, and
(5) tutoring assistance in college courses.

TRiO is designed for students who have the potential to achieve and maintain high levels of academic excellence. TRiO is a federally funded program and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, age, religion, disability, and/or sexual orientation.
